Santa Rosa Ecological Preserve
Surround yourself with the tranquil beauty of the Santa Rosa Plateau, as the Embody Retreat guides us out of our heads and into our bodies.
Through meditation, breath, movement, sound, writing and spending time with nature, we collectively create space to cultivate a deeper sense of presence and nurture ourselves by simply being where our feet are.
Bridging the gap between the mental and physical
Embodiment is when our thoughts, words and actions align; guiding the ways in which we “show up” and interact with the world around us, and within. We can read and talk about the principles of yoga, but to embody it requires awareness, intention, action and presence, moving us from something we do to something we are.
This 4-day 3-night immersion is less about going somewhere or doing something, but about removing the obstacles and distractions that stand in the way of us knowing our truest, deepest Selves.
